Public cruise FAQs

Where does the public cruise go?

The public cruise takes a beautiful trip through the Muskegon channel and around Muskegon Lake. It gives an amazing new perspective of the lake.

How long is the public cruise?

Each cruise is roughly 1 hour and 45 minutes. Cruise times may vary based on the schedule for the day and other factors, check the schedule on our booking page for the most updated information.

How much are tickets?

Tickets on our regularly scheduled public cruises are $25. Parents or guardians may bring one child under 10 for free.  To honor all that those who have or are serving in the military have done for our country, our company offers veterans and active service members free tickets on our regularly scheduled public cruises.

Pricing for our specialty cruises will vary in cost.

Is there food and drink available on board?

The on board bar serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, only accepts credit/debit cards.

There are also light snacks such as hot dogs and chips available.

When are the cruises?

We have public cruises available Thursday – Sunday. The schedule may change due to charter cruises or other events as well as sunset times as the seasons change. To get the most updated information on cruise times and dates, visit the ticket booking page.

How do I book a charter?

To book a charter, you will work with a member of our staff. You can get in touch with them by filling out a contact form on out contact page with all the info you have so far and we will go from there!

What can I book a charter for?

Just about anything you can do on the water! It’s a beautiful and intimate setting for wedding receptions, a great time for a bachelor or bachelorette party, an awesome experience for company outings, the perfect venue for a fundraiser, and so much more. If you’ve got an idea, just ask us!

How much is a charter cruise?

There are a few factors that determine the price. There is a minimum fee which includes 50 guests. From there, the price is determined by duration, attendance, food and drink, etc. Get in touch with us at [email protected] or call us at 231.903.0669 and we will gladly give you a quote.

Can we have bar and food on a charter?

You are more than welcome to cater your charter, and we have a great list of local caterers who already have experience catering on the boat we would be happy to refer you to.

You have a few options with drinks of board, including drink tickets and a cash bar. Let’s talk about them and figure out the right fit for you.

What is the length and route of a charter?

It’s your charter, that’s up to you! (for the most part). Our standard cruise is 1 hour and 45 minutes and goes through  and out the Muskegon channel, weather permitting onto Lake Michigan.

We can talk about different routes and times after you connect with someone on our team.

How many people can we have?

Maximum capacity is 150 passengers.

When should we arrive for our cruise?

We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to departure.  The boarding will begin 30 minutes prior to departure.
