Cancellation & Weather Policy
Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure would receive a full refund.
Please note: If you booked online, any third-party processing fees are non-refundable.
Weather Policy — We Sail Rain or Shine:
Cruises will operate in light rain or typical weather conditions. In the event of severe or unsafe weather, the following may occur at the captain’s discretion:
Refunds are not issued for shortened cruises due to weather conditions.
If the captain determines that it is unsafe to sail and the cruise is canceled, guests will be offered the option of a full refund or the opportunity to rebook for a future cruise.
Minimum Guest Requirement:
We reserve the right to cancel a cruise if fewer than 14 guests are registered within 24 hours of departure. In this case, guests will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund or the option to rebook on another cruise date.
